2. Description of Service

Feedback Dock is a SaaS platform that helps app developers collect, organize, and act on user feedback. The Service provides an API endpoint for receiving feedback from your applications and a dashboard for managing that feedback.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.

4. Data Ownership and Processing

Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to the data you submit to the Service, including feedback content, metadata, and any information collected from your end users. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Our Role

We act as a data processor on your behalf. You are the data controllerresponsible for ensuring you have the appropriate legal basis and consent to collect feedback data from your end users, which may include personally identifiable information (PII).

Data Export

You may export all of your data at any time in JSON or CSV format through the Service dashboard or API.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Resell access to the Service without our written consent.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • The Service offers free and paid plans as described on our pricing page.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion for billing errors or service outages.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability and will communicate scheduled maintenance in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with reasonable notice.
  • Upon termination, you may request a data export before your data is deleted.

10. Service Discontinuation

If we decide to discontinue the Service, we will provide at least 90 days advance notice and make data export available to all users before shutdown.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
